Crenel Systems is a small, Christian-owned AI advisory firm based in Prescott, Arizona. We keep this policy short and honest, the same way we work. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@crenelsystems.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email, company, and whatever you tell us about your business in the contact form or by email.
• When we work together: the documents, information, and access you choose to share with us so we can do the work.
• When you visit the site: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page visits and simple usage counts) and functional cookies. We don't run heavy third-party ad-tracking or behavior-scraping tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold a discovery call, and deliver the services you've hired us for. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your data and AI tools

We're advisory-first, and in most engagements you use your own accounts for the AI and software tools involved (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) and pay those providers directly. That means you keep control of your own data and accounts.

When we recommend or help set up tools, we favor the paid/business tiers that, under their own terms, do not use your inputs to train their public models. Where we handle working files for a project, we keep them in our business Google Workspace, which is protected by two-step verification and limited to the people actually doing your work.

Cookies

Our site uses basic cookies for functionality and simple analytics. You can set your browser to reject cookies and still use every page.

Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we hold, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@crenelsystems.com and we'll take care of it.

A note on compliance

We don't claim certifications we don't hold. If a future engagement ever involves regulated data (for example, health information) or a specific compliance framework, we'll put the right agreements in place for that engagement and update this policy accordingly.

Changes

We may update this policy as our business changes. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
